Firstly, in a bowl, take flour, oil, salt, mix it properly, now add water intermittently and make a semi soft dough, divide the dough into three parts, add colour into two parts, prepare an orange dough, a green dough and a white dough.
Now divide each part into four equal size balls, two balls needed to make a paratha.
Take two balls and roll with a rolling pin, make small rotis, place 1-2 peices of broken kalakand in the centre of rotis and cover with another roti.
Seal the sides properly with little water, dust some flour ( if required) and roll it again.
Cut the edges with cutter, ( this step is optional).
Prepare all the parathas by same process one by one.
Heat non stick pan, put some ghee and fry parathas properly on both sides.
For preparing coloured sweet sauce, take 2 small size bowls, mix condensed milk, milk powder and food colour.
Serve hot with chilled sweet sauce
