1 cup Pre cooked Rice ( bhaat soft rice)
Green chilli 4
Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
Musturd seeds 2 tsp
Curry leaves 2-3
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Heat oil in a pan crackle musturd seeds add precooked rice .add salt mix nicely.white rice ready.
Heat oil crackle musturd seeds add chopped onion, red chilli powder then tomato puree (make puree of tomato)
Mix nicely delicious saffron rice ready.
For green rice heat oil crackle musturd seeds and curry leaves .add salt green chutney made up of green chilli and coriander leaves.
Add rice in it.delicious green rice ready.
Garnish with onion rings and lemon
