Healthy Tricoloured Pancakes with the goodness of oats , Without Eggs
A fun way to switch up pancake-breakfast morning. A couple of drops of food coloring, and you have a rainbow on your plate.

Ingredients
Serves : 2
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup oats roasted
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
1 ripe banana mashed
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 Pinch salt
1 pinch each of different Liquid food coloring- orange and green
Directions
Grind the roasted oats to a coarse powder
Preheat a pancake griddle over medium heat.
In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except for the food coloring and oil until smooth.
Divide the batter into smaller bowls in about 1/4-cup measurements.
Add drops of orange and green food coloring to two different small bowl to create different colored batters.
Keep the third batter as it is for the white colour
Grease the griddle with baking spray or butter.
Cook the batter from each small bowl on the griddle (should make about 2 pancakes per color) for 1 to 2 minutes per side, until fully cooked.
Drizzle a generous amount of honey and serve with lots of love.
