Serves 10

  • 3 cup Wheat flour

  • 2 tsp salt or to taste

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 3 tbsp semolina

  • 1/4 litre Oil or as needed to deep fry.

  • 1 tbsp Butter or oil

  • 1 cup spinach leaves

  • 1 cup grated carrot

  • 2 green chilli

  • 1 tbsp mint

  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

    Firstly in the grinder add Spinach leaves, mint, green chilli required water to grind smooth puree.

    Next take the mixi jar add grated carrot and turmeric powder, required water then grind well to make smooth paste.

    After take the mixing bowl add 1 cup of Wheat flour, 1 tbsp semolina, salt to taste, melted butter , baking soda mix well.

    Next add spinach puree in the flour mixture then knead the smooth dough. ( if u need water add) rest for few minutes keep aside .

    In another bowl add 1 cup of Wheat flour, 1 tbsp of semolina, salt to taste, melted butter, baking soda mix well.

    In the flour mixture add grinded carrot and knead the smooth dough. (If you need add water )

    Then rest for few minutes and keep aside.

    Take the mixing bowl, add 1 cup Wheat flour, 1 tbsp semolina, baking soda, salt to taste, melted butter mix well add sufficient water to make dough.

    Knead the smooth dough and rest for few minutes.

    Now tricolour bhature dough is ready.

    Further take the all doughs and make equal portion of balls.

    After roll the balls in cylindrical shape.

    Now press the one side edges to all cylindrical shape roll. And make like a bridal shape as shown in the picture.

    After cut the small balls with the help of sharp knife. then gently press and make a ball. do not over to make balls.

    Furthermore roll it like bhature. And deep fry in medium hot oil.

    Finally tricolour Bhature is ready to serve. I making Tricolour chutney.(carrot, Coconut, mint & coriander chutney)
