Ingredients

1. FOR GREEN JUICE
1 cup chopped spinach leaves
1 cup coconut water
1/2 green apple
1 inch Ginger 1 tsp honey
2. FOR ORANGE JUICE
1 cup shredded Carrot's
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp honey
3. FOR WHITE JUICE
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 Cup Coconut water
1 tsp honey
Directions
1. FOR THE ORANGE JUICE
Firstly remove the skin and seeds of orange neatly, white portion also.
Chop into some pieces
Next take the mixi jar add chopped oranges, and turmeric powder.
If you need water Add required water then grind all the ingredients.
Now transfer to the serving glass and add honey mix well.
Now healthy orange juice is ready.
2. FOR THE WHITE JUICE
Take the grinder or mixi jar pour the greek Yogurt.
Next add coconut water . now grind well.
Further transfer to the serving glass. Add ghee and mix well.
Now healthy white juice is ready.
3. FOR THE GREEN JUICE
Firstly wash and neatly chop the Spinach leaves.
Next in the mixi jar add spinach leaves and coconut water.
Grind all the ingredients well.
After pour to the serving glass and add honey mix well.
You can use alternative for spinach like as mint, kale as your wish.
Lastly healthy Green juice is ready.
