First heat ghee in a wok (don't over heated)
Now add milk
Now immediately add milk powder and mix it well so that there is no lumps.
Now add all remaining ingredients (grated paneer, Sugar,malai,Cardamom powder ) and mix them very well
Now stir it continue on slow flame till you get barfi consistency
Now switch off the flame and cool it completely
Now divide the barfi mixture into three equal parts
Add green colour in one part
Add Orange colour in second part
Third part is white itself
Now grease a tin with ghee
Layered the green barfi mixture in bottom
Now layered the white mixture
Now on top layered the orange mixture
Now set it for 1 or 2 hours
Now cut into pieces and garnish with chopped pistachios
