  • Yogurt 1.5 tsp Kiwi 1 Orange 1 Banana 1 Sugar free tablets 3 Ice cube 21-24 piece

    Peel Kiwi cut in pieces Add Kiwi pieces, 1/2 yogurt, 1 sugar free tablet , 7-8 pieces of ice cubes in a blender Blend it till it smooth Pure in a glass and set aside Wash blender well Peel Banana cut in pieces Add Banana pieces, 1/2 yogurt, 1 sugar free tablet , 7-8 pieces of ice cubes in a blender Blend it till it smooth Pure on Kiwi smoothie carefully and set aside Wash blender well Peel Orange, cut from center Remove seeds Take only pulp Add Orange pulp, 1/2 yogurt, 1 sugar free tablet , 7-8 pieces of ice cubes in a blender Blend it till it smooth Pure on Banana smoothie carefully Tricolour Yogurt smoothie is ready
