add rava and curd in a large bowl and mix well
now add 1 cup water and mix well and keep it for 10 minute
now add salt and eno and mix well and divide into 3 parts.
mix well by adding carrot paste in one part.
mix well by adding spinach paste in one part
and keep one part separate
now heat water in Idli Kitchenware
now put oil in a vessel and add carrot part into and cook it in 5 minutes
now add white part into and cook it 5 minute.
and last add spinach part in to and cook it in 5 minutes.
now let it cool down and turn it over plate
heat oil in Pan prepared the Cumin seeds, mustard seeds curry leaves ,green chillies and asafetida and apply on Dhokla
