  • Flour 1 /3cup

  • Carrot paste 1/2 cup

  • Methi paste 1/2cup

  • Salt 2tsp

  • Potatoes 1 cup

  • Peas 6 tsp

  • Ginger paste 1 tsp

  • Tomato paste 3 tsp

  • Coriander leaves 3 tsp

  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp

  • Oil 8 tsp

    Take bowl make soft dough

    Part into three portion

    Take carrot paste mixed it well.

    Take methi paste mixed it well.

    Now take all three part make a round shape.

    With the help of pin make a ruti cut into small pieces.

    Arrange it and make a ball.Again a ruti.

    Take a pan add ruti.add oil fry it.

    Take a kodai add oil.

    Add cumin seeds and green chilles.

    Add potatoes fry it.

    Add tomatoes,ginger and salt ,turmeric powder.salute them.

    Add water and peas also cover it.

    After 15 minutes remove it.
