  • Flour 1 /3cup


  • Carrot paste 1/2 cup


  • Methi paste 1/2cup


  • Salt 2tsp


  • Potatoes 1 cup


  • Peas 6 tsp


  • Ginger paste 1 tsp


  • Tomato paste 3 tsp


  • Coriander leaves 3 tsp


  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp


  • Oil 8 tsp

Directions

  • Take bowl make soft dough
  • Part into three portion
  • Take carrot paste mixed it well.
  • Take methi paste mixed it well.
  • Now take all three part make a round shape.
  • With the help of pin make a ruti cut into small pieces.
  • Arrange it and make a ball.Again a ruti.
  • Take a pan add ruti.add oil fry it.
  • Take a kodai add oil.
  • Add cumin seeds and green chilles.
  • Add potatoes fry it.
  • Add tomatoes,ginger and salt ,turmeric powder.salute them.
  • Add water and peas also cover it.
  • After 15 minutes remove it.
  • Now its time to serve tri colour luchha poratha along with allo dum
