Cut paneer and washed veggies and dice into given sizes and keep aside. Peel the onion and pluck the petals and cut into half.
Preheat a pan add 1 tbs of butter and add capsicum and onion , stir fry in high flame. Keep aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add yogurt and whisk till smooth.Now add salt, black , red chilli powder, lemon, herbs. Mix well and add paneer pieces and vegetables in it and mix nicely such that everything incorporates well.
Cling wrap the bowl and refrigerate for minimum 1 hour. After an hour, take out the marinated paneer and vegetables from the fridge and prepare to grill.
Take bamboo skewers and start piercing in the vegetables in a pattern like : red round pepper then capsicum, onion then paneer and again repeat the same.
Prepare all the skewers and keep aside in a tray.
Heat non stick , brush some butter and heat. Once the pan is hot, place the skewers and keep brushing butter from sides so that the vegetables get grilled nicely.
Keep turning the skewer in regular intervals so that the paneer and veggies get grilled from all sides.
Place the steaks on the serving plate and serve hot with any of your favorite chutney or ketchup.
