Tricoloured Kite Creamy Sandwiches

These are quick and easy, healthy and delicious sandwiches which are tricoloured and in the shape of a kite to imitate our National flag and commemorate our Independence day.  Our tricoloured Indian flag is indeed an inspiring one with glorious colours and kids and elders love the combination of energising colours on there food. So I have brought those colours into a sandwich, to create the same spirit in the taste-buds.
