Grate the carrot and boil the green peas .
Strain the water from the boiled green peas and after cooling completely then grind it well with the pistachios.
Heat a pan put 2 tsp of ghee in it and then add the grated carrots in it and saute it for sometime then add half of the condensed milk and splinted cashew nuts and cardamom powder and mix it well and the cook for sometime and switch off the flame.
Then in the same procedure make green peas Halwa.
For paneer Halwa you only saute the freshly prepared chhena with sugar and cardamom powder. Don't over cook it otherwise the color may change and also add the splinted cashew nuts in it.
