  • Whole coriander 5 tsp Cumins seeds 2 tsp Asafoerida 1tsp Black pepper 1.5 tsp Amchoor 2 tsp Pomegranate seeds 2 tsp Celery 2 tsp Cinnamon 1.5 tsp Black salt 1.5 tsp White salt 1.5 tsp Cloves 5-6 Green cardamom 3 My Secret Cashew 8-10

    Dry roast all spices thoroughly on low flame Keep stirring it well until the aroma does not spread. Let flame off and toss roasted masala 2-3 times Now put in the dry grinder jar and grind it roughly Because I do not like powdered powder I did not put any kind of dry chilly or chilly powder in it because I liked to put chopped green chilli in all kind of parantha You can add 2-3 dry chilly or chilly powder before roasting Keep it in a air tight container for months Use this masala in all stuff Parantha or plain Parantha Due to roasted cashews in masala it's taste will be creamy
