Dry roast all spices thoroughly on low flame
Keep stirring it well until the aroma does not spread.
Let flame off and toss roasted masala 2-3 times
Now put in the dry grinder jar and grind it roughly
Because I do not like powdered powder
I did not put any kind of dry chilly or chilly powder in it because I liked to put chopped green chilli in all kind of parantha
You can add 2-3 dry chilly or chilly powder before roasting
Keep it in a air tight container for months
Use this masala in all stuff Parantha or plain Parantha
Due to roasted cashews in masala it's taste will be creamy
