  • Maida 1 cup

  • Curd 3/4 cup

  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp

  • Baking soda 1/4 tsp

  • Olive oil 2 tsp

  • vanilla essence 1-2 drops only

  • tutti frutti colourful 1/2 cup (orange-green)

  • Sugar 1/2 cup


  • Sieve baking powder, Maida, baking soda and salt and keep aside.
  • Add sugar in this.
  • Dust your tutti fruity with 1 tsp in maida.
  • In another bowl whisk curd nicely.
  • Add olive oil and essence.
  • Add Maida mixture in curd batter slowly slowly.
  • Add tutti frutti.
  • Put in silicon mould , set 5 minutes on micromode, do not bake if you want to bake this muffin then set the temperature 150 degree for 25min, first preheat and then bake, recipe will remain same, only the change will be seen is the top of cake will turn to brown....here i made in microwave high at 100percent power level micro mode...Tutti frutti eggless Britannia Muffin is ready to serve.
