Method for tamarind chutney: Boil tamarind with water, sugar, salt, chili powder for about half an hour.
Let it cool and sieve.
Add roasted jeera powder. Its ready.
For Kachori: In a mixing bowl take semolina, refined flour. To this add salt, baking soda and 2 tbsp oil.
Now add water to make a tight dough. Keep aside 15 minutes.
Heat enough oil in a pan to make the kachoris.
After 15 minutes knead the dough again.
Take out small balls, roll them wirh rolling pin and fry them to puff them up.
Let them cool before stuffing.
Break the center of the kachori.
Fill with the fillings.
Top with some roasted cumin powder, red and green chutney, coriander leaves, curd and pomegranate.
