Pour 1 tble spoon of gingelly oil in a pan
Add urad dal and roast it with low flame
Add green chili, sliced onion, curry leaves and saute it well
Add corriandor leaves and saute
Then add sliced tomato and saute all the ingredients
Finally add coconut, then switch off the flame
Let it cool, then transfer it into mixi jar, add salt as required and grind
Take idli powder and mix it with the gingelly oil
Take a ladle full of batter and make dosa by circular motion on a greased dosa pan.
Add a prepared idli powder in a center of the dosai for small circle
Add a corriander chutney in the corner circle of the dosai and spread the oil on the dosai
Once dosai done transfer it into plate
Now colourful dosai is ready to eatππ
