  • semolina /suji 1cup

  • 1/4cup curd

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1pinch baking soda

  • 1cup water

  • 1/4cup grated carrot

  • 1/4cup grated capsicup

  • 1/2cup grated cottage cheese /paneer

  • 1/2tsp blackpapper

  • 1/2tsp chatmasala

  • 1tbsp oil orbutter

  • 3tbsp rice flour

  • 1tbsp chopped onion


  • mix semolina ,curd and rice flour in a vessel
  • add 1/2tsp of salt and water and prepare a smooth batter keep aside it for 10minutes
  • mix little salt,blackpapper and chat masala in carrot and capsicum
  • mix onion and cheese togather add salt ,blackpapper and chatmasala to it and mix well
  • after 10minutes resting add baking soda to the prepared batter and mix well if needed can add water also to get desired consistancy of batter
  • now heat a nonstick pan /tava brush it with oil /butter pour some batter on tava spread it in a round shape
  • place carrot paneer and capsicum topping as tricolor and cook it on low flame till it becomes crisp from back side
  • flip it once cook from another side just for 30seconds and serve hot with samber,chutney or rasam as per your choice
