  • Monaco biscuits -10 to 15

  • Green chutney- 2tablespoons

  • Tomato sauce- 2tablespoons

  • Boiled potato- 2 small size

  • Salt- 1 teaspoon

  • Oil- 2 cup For fry

  • Gramflour- 1cup

  • Cooking soda-1/4teaspoon

  • Red chilli powder- 1/4teaspoon


  • First peel the boiled potato and cut into thin and round slices
  • Heat oil in a wok
  • Now take a bowl and add gramflour, Salt, red chilli powder, Cooking soda and make pakora batter with water
  • Now take one biscuit and apply tomato sauce on it and cover with second biscuit now place the potato slice on it and cover with third biscuit now apply green chutney on it and cover with fourth biscuit now carefully dip in gramflour batter and deep fry till Brown and crispy.
  • Cut the pakoras in to half and serve with your favourite dip.
