For green rice- heat oil in a wok
Add cumin seeds
Now add green garlic and saute for a minute
Now add chopped onion and saute till light brown
Now add spinach puree and saute till oil seprated
Now add salt and boiled rice and mix them well
Now cover with lid and cook on slow flame for 2 minutes
For Orange rice- heat oil in a wok
Now add cumin
Now add garlic paste and saute for a minute
Now add chopped onion and saute till light brown in colour
Now add tomato puree and saute till oil separated
Now add salt
Now add boiled rice and mix them well
Now cover with lid and cook on slow flame for 2 to 3 minutes
For white rice- heat oil in a wok
Now add cumin seeds
Now add boiled rice and salt and mix them well
For plating-take a container
Layered the Orange in bottom
Now layered the white rice
Now layered the green rice
Now flip in serving plate
