beat the curd add some water soak suji and rice flour in it for 10 minutes
in this Suji better add chopped chillies and salt
now heat up a non stick Tawa spread this batter evenly
after spreading this batter spread urad dal and grated carrot in the middle
now spread cheese and moong dal as shown in the picture
cover it for 5 minutes
check when it becomes crispier remove from Tawa carefully
serve hot with your favourite sauce or chutney
