Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 2 tbsp fresh mints

  • 1 tsp kasuri methi

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp cumin powder

  • 1 tbsp mustard oil

  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 2 sliced onion

  • 2 tbsp red and green pepper sliced

  • 1 tsp fennel powder

  • 150 grams paneer

  • 70 grams thick yogurt

  • 1 tsp chopped garlic

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 2 tsp garam masala

Directions

    in a large mixing bowl and the sliced peppers, yoghurt ,salt ,turmeric ginger garlic paste,Onion, paneer and mustard oil

    mix together and split the mixture into three equal parts

    bowl 1 for orange colour -mix red chilli powder turmeric powder kasuri methi ,cumin powder and garam masala powder in the bowl and mix well

    bowl 2 for white colour - mix red chilli powder cumin powder, garam masala powder and n x well

  • 05

    bowl 3 for green colour take mint coriander and green chillies,grind to make a smooth paste

    at this paste and fennel powder to the bowl and mix well

  • 07

    now take one one piece of paneer from each bowl and fix it in a screwer

  • 08

    heat up oil in a non stick Pan place this tikkas one by one.

  • 09

    Serve these tikkas with sauce or green chutney
