In a mixing bowl add suji, salt, curd, chilly paste, and 1 cup water mix well and rest it for 20 min.
Then add 1/4 cup water and make poring consistency better,add eno and mix well
Then make 3 equal part from batter
Add green colour in One part
Add orange color in another part
Leave white batter as it is
In a dhokla plate apply 1/4 teaspoon oil, pore orange batter and cook in dhokla cooker for 5 min.
Then pore white batter and cook another 5 min.
Then pore green better and cook another 5 min.
Then cool it
In a pan add oil, heat it add mustard, sesmee seeds, and asafetida,pore this on dhokla now cut it into you choice and serve it.
