  • 5 Apples

  • 3 tblspn honey

  • 1/4 tspn sea salt

  • 1 tspn cinnamon powder

  • 1 tspn alspice powder


  • Wash the apples and peel it.
  • After that cut them into slices that are about 1/8 " to 1/4 ' inch thick.
  • Now take a big bowl, whisk together two to three cups luke warm water, honey, salt, cinnamon powder and allspice powder.
  • Now take a pan and put all the sliced Apples into it.
  • Pour all the spiced sweetened syrup over the sliced apples.
  • Now switch on the gas and turn the heat to medium high.
  • Bring the apples and liquid to a boil and allow it to boil for five minutes.
  • Stirr it continously but carefully.
  • Now its ready to fill in the jars when apples are wilted slightly.
  • Fill the jars with hot apple slices and the liquid leaving 1/2 inch headspace.
  • Adjust the lid.
  • Our Spice Canned Apple Slices are ready.
