Trim edges of bread and crumble it to crumbs
Except food colouring, mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined
Divide the mixture into 3 parts
In one add green food colouring and mix well
In second add kesar food colouring and mix well. leave the third as is
Pour the mixture into kulfi moulds or plastic cups. I have used plastic cups here
Cover with foil and make small slit at centre. Insert ice-cream stick
Freeze for 6 hours. Remove the foil. Cut plastic cup
Serve cold
