Ingredients

2 Bananas frozen
1 cup almond milk
2 teaspoons yogurt
1 teaspoon chia seeds
7-8 leaves of spinach
5-6 leaves of mint
1/2 avocado (optional)
1/4 kiwi
6 slices of kiwi
3 strawberries sliced
4 Almonds slivered
2 tablespoon oats
Directions
In a mixer jar add bananas, spinach , mint, kiwi, almond milk, yogurt and oats , blend into smooth paste. Now pour the mixture into a serving bowl or smoothie bowl decorate with slices of kiwi, strawberry, chia seeds and slivered almonds.
