  • Rice 2 cups

  • Urad dal 1cup

  • Jaggery 1tsp

  • Dry fennugreek 1tsp

  • Salt 1tsp

  • Curd 1cup

  • Spinach puree 1/2cup

  • Carrot juice 1/2cup


  • Take a rice wash and soaked in 4 hours.
  • Take a dal wash and soaked in 6 hours.
  • After soaking take a grinder jar add dal,rice,salt,jaggery and fenugreek mix and grind well.
  • Keep in warm place at fermentation.
  • After fermentation take a one part add spinach puree,second part add carrot puree,and third part is white.
  • Take a steamer add water and idli stand greased in oil add white part orange part and green part thensteamed idli.
  • Tri color idli is ready.
