  • Maida 3 cups

  • Orange food color 2pinch

  • Green food color 2pinch

  • salt 1tsp

  • Oil 3tsp

  • Oil 2cups

  • Boiled chana 2cups

  • Salt 1tsp

  • Red chilli 1/2tsp

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Garam masala 1/2tsp

  • Kasuri methi 1tsp

  • Chop garlic 1tsp

  • Chop ginger 1tsp

  • Chop onion2

  • Oil 4tsp

    Take a wok add oil garlic saute add onion and ginger saute add all masala and boiled chana mix and cook for 10 minutes.

    Take a bowl add maida,salt,oil rub maida add water and make a soft poori dough keep a rest for 10 minutes.

    After 10 minutes divide in equal three part one part white,second part add orange color and third part add green color .

    Take a white part make a balls roll on poori,take a orange part make a ball roll poori and green poori roll.

    Take a wok add oil then oil heat fry poories one by one.

    Take a plate arrange orange poori,white poori and green poori and chana bowl.

    Tri color poori and chana is ready.
