  • 15-20 Sukhi Red Chillies

  • 12 Pieces Garlic

  • 1/2cup Ginger grated

  • 1 cup chopped onions

  • 1tsp vinegar

  • 1tsp soya sauce

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1 tsp tomato sauce

  • 2 tsp oil


  • First take a PAN add some oil add chopped garlic sauce it than add ginger roast it till they firm add some chopped onion in it saute it till they change the colour
  • When it is done take a mixi add red chillies (Have to soak for 1 hour) than add in to mixi make a paste add in a kadahi Stirr it add vinegar,soya sauce,tomato ketchup, salt and black pepper for taste in the end add sugar
  • Stirr it for few mins than switch off the gas when it is cool down add in a glass jar for 1-2 month in fridge
