In 3st oil,sauteginger garlic paste till rawness is gone.
Add 1portion of onions and grn chillies.saute till pink.
Add peas,salt black ppr and garam masala.
Cook till it completely binds.
Keep aside.Let it cool
Mash potatoes,add 2nd portion of onions, salt,grm masala,sukha dhaniya powder,blck ppr .Mix well and keep aside.
In grated paneer,add last portion of onions,salt,grn chillies,black ppr and grm masala.Mix well and keep aside.
Now make a ball of peas mixture.
Coat the peas ball in paneer mixture and seal the edges very nicely.
Now lastly stuff the paneer peas ball in potato mixture.Again seal the edges very carefully.
Coat this in milk and breadcrumbs mixture.
Deep fry and serve hot with any chutney of your choice!
Sprinkle chaat masala for that extra flavor!
