In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients like flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda,salt. Sift in sieve and mix.
In another mixing bowl add all wet ingredients like oil, vanilla essence, milk, yogurt also add castor sugar here and whisk until sugar melts.
Preheat the oven for 10 mins at 180 degrees
Now mix the wet ingredients with dry ones gradually whisking it.
In a 5 or 6 inch greased baking tin ( grease with butter dust flour or cocoa powder and tap away excess flour) add the cake batter and tap twice to release air bubbles if any.
Place the cake tin into the preheated oven and let it bake for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes remove the cake from the oven keep aside for a while and gently remove cake by turning the mould upside down.
Let the cake cool at room temperature.
For cake ganache or Frosting in a mixing bowl put in all the pieces of milk and dark chocolate. In another vessel heat the cream do not boil just heat for half minute and pour it into the chocolate. Wait for a minute let it sit and later mix chocolate and cream for frosting.
Now spread the ganache over cake and spread gently with help of spatula. Decorate it with frozen strawberries and some pieces of chocolate.
