10 gooseberry
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
Directions
Pressure cook gooseberry for 2 - 3 whistles in 1 cup water.
Remove the seeds and mash it with a fork.
Add sugar as required.
Add salt and mix it well.
Store it in an airtight jar.
It can be used as a spread on bread or eat with chapati.
