  • 10 gooseberry


  • 2 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Pressure cook gooseberry for 2 - 3 whistles in 1 cup water.
  • Remove the seeds and mash it with a fork.
  • Add sugar as required.
  • Add salt and mix it well.
  • Store it in an airtight jar.
  • It can be used as a spread on bread or eat with chapati.
