  • gavar falli 75 grams

  • waal falli 75 grams

  • 1 tsp Readymade mango pickle masala

  • 1 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp Asafoetida

  • 6 tsp Oil

  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • Take some fresh tender cluster beans (gavar falli) and waal falli .
  • Soak the beans in cold salt water for 5 minutes
  • Wash them and dry it with a cotton cloth.
  • Add pickle masala, turmeric powder and 1 tsp salt in it. Mix well.
  • Add lemon juice to it
  • Heat oil till it smokes. Switch off the flame and add hing.
  • When oil come to room temperature, add this oil in pickle mixture bowl and mix well.
  • Transfer the pickle in to clean, sterilize, dry and airtight glass jar. Store in refrigerator.
