Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1 cup carrot cut into cubes


  • 2 tsp split fenugreek seeds


  • 2 tsp split mustard seeds


  • 1/4 tsp asafoetida


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 1/2 tbsp mustard oil

Directions

  • Combine all the ingredients, except the oil, in a bowl and mix well. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a small pan and add the carrot mixture and mix well.
  • Serve immediately or keep refrigerated till use.
