    Heat the oil Put the dry gum in it Stir and fry until it opens like a popcorn Spread it on kitchen towels or napkin so that extra oil can be removed from it. During this it will cool down and then store it in a Tupperware container or any air tight container. Taking two spoons with hot milk at night gives lot of relief in joints pain Especially in the winter.
