Directions

• Wash all beetroots & peel the skin with peeler
• Then grate it completely
• Place it into a plate &sun dry it for two days
• After two days, grind it into a fine powder
• We can store it more than a year
• We can use this organic red color in our dishes eg:-ice cream, cakes, different curries, kabab etc
