  • Raw magoes 1kg

  • Fennelseeds 2tsp

  • Nigella seeds 1tsp

  • Dry fenugreek seeds 1tsp

  • Crushed black pepper corn 2tsp

  • Turmeric powder 2tsp

  • Red chilli powder 2tsp

  • Mustard oil 500ml


  • Take a mango wash and dry for towel or sunlight.
  • After dry cut in pcs and deeseeds for pcs.
  • Take a polythene spread mango pcs in sunlight for one day.
  • Take a wok add mustard oil heat and smoke turn off gas keep a side.. and cool them.
  • Take a pan add fennelseeds, fenugreek,cushed peppercor and nigella seeds dry roast for few seconds cool them.
  • Take a big vessel add all masala and some mustard oil mix masala add mango pcs mix evenly coated in masalas.
  • Take a glass jar add mango pickle then add all mustard oil.Cover with muslin cloth and cover with lid.
  • Then 10 days keep in sunlight and turn the pickle everyday.
  • After 10 days mango pickle is ready.
