Take a mango wash and dry for towel or sunlight.
After dry cut in pcs and deeseeds for pcs.
Take a polythene spread mango pcs in sunlight for one day.
Take a wok add mustard oil heat and smoke turn off gas keep a side.. and cool them.
Take a pan add fennelseeds, fenugreek,cushed peppercor and nigella seeds dry roast for few seconds cool them.
Take a big vessel add all masala and some mustard oil mix masala add mango pcs mix evenly coated in masalas.
Take a glass jar add mango pickle then add all mustard oil.Cover with muslin cloth and cover with lid.
Then 10 days keep in sunlight and turn the pickle everyday.
After 10 days mango pickle is ready.
