  • Ripe red Tomatoes 1 kg

  • Brown sugar 2cups

  • Salt 1tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1tsp

  • Fennelseeds 1tsp

  • Lemon juice 2tsp

  • Oil 1tsp


  • Take a tomatoes washed and dried in kitchen tiwel.
  • After dry cut in pcs keep a side.
  • Take a pan add oil and add fennelseed then fennel seeds brown add tomato,salt,sugar,chilli and lemon juice mix and cook cover with lid.
  • Then tomatoes soft mash with masher.
  • Then tomato chatney is ready.Store in glass bottle.
  • Then use bread slice or parantha.
