Ingredients

Serves 10

  • Green chillies 250 gram

  • Lemon 5 pcs

  • Ginger 200g

  • Salt 2tsp

  • Leftover mango pickle masala 2cups

  • Mustard oil 1cup

Directions

    Take a chillies washed and dry for kitchen towel and sundried for 2 hours.

  • 02

    Take a lemon cut and squeeze for lemon.

  • 03

    Take a ginger peel and cut in pcs add salt and lemon juice mix and keep a side.

  • 04

    Take a green chillies cut in pcs add mango masala.

  • 05

    Take a big bowl add all ingredients mix add mustard oil mix .

  • 06

    Take a glass bottle pour pickle and 2 or 3 days keep in sunlight.

  • 07

    After 2 or 3 days Gree Cillies Ginger Mango Masala pickle is ready.
