Bottle Gourd 1kg Gram flour 3 tsp Chopped green chilly 4 Chopped Coriander 4 tsp Cumin 2 tsp Asafoetida 1 tsp Salt to taste Oil 2 cup for deep frying
Peel bottle gourd, wash and dry it with kitchen towel Now grate it from bigger side of hand grater Heat oil Keep flame medium Take grated bottle gourd in a big bowl Add everything and mix it well Make small balls and put in hot oil carefully Now keep flame high and fry balls till golden brown Let it cool Before store in freezer keep it in a zip bag or pouch or in very good quality of plastic bag or pouch. You can store for long time in freezer Before making a dish you put required pieces in microwave for 30 seconds to 1minute.
