  • Apple 4

  • Lemon juice 1/2tsp

  • Apple juice 2 cups

  • Cinnamon powder 1/5tsp

  • Sugar 1/4 cup

  • Maple Syrup 1/4cup


  • Take a apple peel,core and grate.
  • Combine apples ,sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer until apple soften then add cinnamon powder,apple juice,maple syrup mix and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Then boil hard 1 minute,stirring constantly remove from heat skim foam,if necessary.
  • Then jam is ready.Take a bread slice apply jam evenly and enjoy.
  • Then use and store with glass bottle.
