Take a apple peel,core and grate.
Combine apples ,sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer until apple soften then add cinnamon powder,apple juice,maple syrup mix and cook for 10 minutes.
Then boil hard 1 minute,stirring constantly remove from heat skim foam,if necessary.
Then jam is ready.Take a bread slice apply jam evenly and enjoy.
