First of all wash ,clean the lemons and chilies and dry it completely. Extract juice from lemon and cut into four parts and keep aside.
Sterlize tge glass jar in which the pickle has to be store. Clean the jar and dry it under sunlight ,keep saide.
Boil 2 cup of water and cool aside. Now in the jar add chilies, lemons , lemon juice, salt , vinegar and finally pour the water.
Keep the glass jar under sunlight and within 2 weeks your pickle is ready to consume.
Healthy and oil free , spice free pickle is ready.
