Take a glass or Mason jar cut green peppercorns in one inch pieces, do not remove the stem.
Put them in glass jar, add lemon juice
Juice should cover the entire green peppercorns or else they will turn black
Add salt, close the lid and shake it well.
Stir it atleast once for next 10 days, they will be ready to eat.
You can refrigerate it and use it for a month as it is, crush them lightly and add to omlette, soups, salad, on baked fish or prepare peppercorn sauce for the steak!
