  • 150 grams green peppercorn on stem

  • 10 lemon

  • 3 tbsp sea salt


  • Take a glass or Mason jar cut green peppercorns in one inch pieces, do not remove the stem.
  • Put them in glass jar, add lemon juice
  • Juice should cover the entire green peppercorns or else they will turn black
  • Add salt, close the lid and shake it well.
  • Stir it atleast once for next 10 days, they will be ready to eat.
  • You can refrigerate it and use it for a month as it is, crush them lightly and add to omlette, soups, salad, on baked fish or prepare peppercorn sauce for the steak!
