Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 2 cups ( 300 GMs ) Dates


  • 1 cup ( 255 ml) milk


  • 3/4 cup ( 190 ml) olive oil


  • 1/4 cup ( 60 ml) curd


  • 2 cups ( 260 GMs) wheat flour


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 cup milk


  • 1/2 cup ( 60 GMs) walnuts


  • 5 Dates chopped


  • 50 GMs whipped cream for topping


  • 1/2 bowl sprinklers of ur choice for garnish

Directions

  • Take the blended dates paste in a large mixing bowl
  • Add 3/4 cup olive oil and 1/4 cup curd
  • Blend well until the mixture is well combined
  • place the sieve and add 2 cups wheat flour, 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Blend the mixture well
  • Furthermore, add 1/2 cups walnuts and 5 Dates
  • Mix by combining using spatula
  • Transfer the batter to the floral silicone moulds
  • pat the moulds twice to remove the air incorporated into the batter
  • Top with more walnuts to make more attractive
  • place the baking moulds into the preheated oven, bake the cupcakes for 35 minutes at 200 c
  • Finally serve the Dates cupcakes by topping it with vanilla flavoured whipped cream and garnish with sprinklers of ur choice
