Ingredients

  • Maida 125 grms

  • Baking Powder 1 tsp 1/4 tsp

  • Butter 70 grms

  • Egg 2 Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp

  • Milk 80 ml

  • Lemon Zest 1 tsp Yellow Color 2-3 drops

  • Butter Cream Icing

  • Butter 25 grm

  • Icing Sugar 100 grms

  • Lemon Juice 1 tbsp

  • Green Color 2-3 drops

  • Lemon Zest 1 tsp

  • Amul Cream 1-2 tbsp

Directions

    Cream the butter powdered sugar till light and pale in color.

    Add eggs, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and yellow food color. Beat for 1 min.

    Now add dry ingredients and mix nicely.

    Lastly add milk and mix.

  • 05

    Pour into prepared pan and bake at 180℃ for 30 mins.

    In another bowl beat butter till soft. Add icing sugar and beat for 3mins.

    Now add all the other ingredients and beat for 2mins.

  • 08

    Put the icing into cooled cake.

  • 09

    Decorate as u want and enjoy yummyy cake...!!
