In a mixing bowl add melted butter , sugar , coco powder, yoghurt and vanilla essence. Whisk very well for about 5 minutes.
In another bowl sieve flour , baking powder and baking soda thrice. Combine dry ingredient into wet mixture laddle by laddle and mix.
Now add milk to make a smooth bater. Mean while preheat the pan for 45 minutes
Grease the tin with butter and sprinkle some flour; tap to remove extra flour. Now pour the batter and tap twice to release air bubbles.
Bake the cake for 45 minutes in low-medium flame. When its done check with toothpick and allow to cool completely. Demould the cake and set aside.
Now cut the two layers of the cake and apply sugar syrup and chocolate ganache , place another layer of the cake.
Now apply chocolate ganache all over the cake and spread evenly.
Drcorate with coloured yellow and red whipped cream by making roses and leaves detailing.
Spread sprinkles and chill the cake for 30 minutes. Slice the cake and serve.
