Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • All purpose flour 2 cup


  • Sugar 1 cup


  • Butter 1 cup


  • Condensed milk 1 cup


  • Baking powder 1 tbs


  • Baking soda 1 tbs


  • Sprig vanilla essence 1 tbs


  • Fondant dough 2 cup


  • Metallic dust 1 tbs


  • Edible sparkle 1/2 cup


  • Whipped cream 1 cup


  • Sparkles 1 pkt

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl add melted butter , sugar , salt, condensed milk and vanilla essence. Whisk very well for about 5 minutes.
  • In another bowl sieve flour , baking powder and baking soda thrice. Combine dry ingredient into wet mixture laddle by laddle and mix.
  • Now add milk to make a smooth bater. Mean while preheat the pan for 45 minutes
  • Grease the tin with butter and sprinkle some flour; tap to remove extra flour. Now pour the batter and tap twice to release air bubbles.
  • Bake the cake for 45 minutes in low-medium flame. When its done check with toothpick and allow to cool completely. Demould the cake and set aside.
  • Now in the fondant dough add metallic dust and knead well to make a metallic dough.
  • Melt the white chocolate and add edible metallic sparkle , mix very well. spread the white metallic chocolate on butter paper and let it cool for few minutes. Then instantly cut into strips and give it a swirl shape. While making it you have to be very fast. Cut another shape by cutting into square shape and in the middle cut into heart shape. Let the shape to cool completely and set aside.
  • Cut the cake into two layers then apply sugar syrup and whipped cream. Next place second layer and now roll the fondant and place on the top of cake.
  • Now decorate the cake by placing the prepared shape and designing with green whipped cream, strwaberry candies and sprinkles.
  • Chill the cake for 20 minutes then slice the cake and serve.
