  • 2 cups maida

  • 1 cup milk powder

  • 1 cup fresh cream

  • 1 cup icing sugar

  • 1 tbsp custard powder

  • 1 tsp cornflour

  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 tsp oil for greasing

  • 1/4 tsp each of red, yellow and green colour

  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds

  • 1 tbsp of stars, cream and gems for garnish


  • Firstly sieve maida, milk powder and baking powder about 3 times so that there should be no air and cake turns out to be spongy and soft.
  • Mix these dry ingredients, Add malai or fresh cream, cornflour, custard powder and sugar
  • whisk all these ingredients with the help of a whisker.
  • Add desired water to adjust the consistency so that it should be free flowing consistency.
  • Add almonds and essence to mix well.
  • Now divide batter into 3 parts... 3 colours added in each part and mixed well.
  • Take a silicone floral baking cup, grease and pour batter in baking cups
  • preheat the baking oven for 5 minutes at 180 c
  • put the silicone cups in oven for 45 minutes and yummylicious floral rose muffins r ready to be consumed after demould it when cools down
  • Enjoy endlessly by garnish with ur choice
