Firstly sieve maida, milk powder and baking powder about 3 times so that there should be no air and cake turns out to be spongy and soft.
Mix these dry ingredients, Add malai or fresh cream, cornflour, custard powder and sugar
whisk all these ingredients with the help of a whisker.
Add desired water to adjust the consistency so that it should be free flowing consistency.
Add almonds and essence to mix well.
Now divide batter into 3 parts... 3 colours added in each part and mixed well.
Take a silicone floral baking cup, grease and pour batter in baking cups
preheat the baking oven for 5 minutes at 180 c
put the silicone cups in oven for 45 minutes and yummylicious floral rose muffins r ready to be consumed after demould it when cools down
