  • All purpose flour 2 cup

  • Butter 1 cup

  • Sugar 1 cup

  • Condensed milk 1 cup

  • Baking powder 1 tbs

  • Baking soda 1 tbs

  • Sprig vanilla essence 1 tbs

  • Milk 1/2 cup

  • White chocolate 2 cup

  • Whipped cream 2 cup

  • Wafer sticks 2-3

  • Cherries 1/2 cup

  • Choclate strips 2-3

  • Chocolate lace wrap 1


  • In a mixing bowl add melted butter , sugar , salt, condensed milk and vanilla essence. Whisk very well for about 5 minutes.
  • In another bowl sieve flour , baking powder and baking soda thrice. Combine dry ingredient into wet mixture laddle by laddle and mix.
  • Now add milk to make a smooth bater. Mean while preheat the pan for 45 minutes
  • Grease the tin with butter and sprinkle some flour; tap to remove extra flour. Now pour the batter and tap twice to release air bubbles.
  • Bake the cake for 45 minutes in low-medium flame. When its done check with toothpick and allow to cool completely. Demould the cake and set aside.
  • Now cut into two layer and apply sugar syrup and whipped cream. On butter paper drizzle the melted chocolate in random design and ket it cool completely then keep it for later use.
  • Next place another layer and spread whipped cream all over the cake. Now sprinkle shaved white chocolate on the top and side wall of the cake and decorate with prepared chocolate lace wraps , chocolate strips , wafers sticks and cherries.
  • Chill the cake for 30 minutes then slice the cake and serve.
