Ingredients

  • Chocolate Batter


  • Grain Sugar 70 grms


  • Water 30 ml


  • Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp


  • Eggs 2


  • Dark Chocolate 200 grms


  • Butter 60 grms


  • Maida 75 grms


  • Cream Cheese Layer


  • Castor Sugar 25 grms


  • Cream Cheese 125 grms


  • Egg 1/2


  • Vanilla Extract 1/4 tsp


  • Orange Zest 1 tsp


  • Cornflour 1/2 tsp

Directions

  • Melt chocolate and butter in Microwave.
  • In a bowl beat sugar, water, vanilla extract and eggs till light and creamy.
  • Now add the melted chocolate and best till its nicely mix.
  • Add maida into it and fold.
  • Now in another bowl put all the ingredients of cream cheese layer and beat for 2 mins.
  • In a Brownie tin line with butter paper.
  • Pour the chocolate batter (save 2tbsp).
  • Now add cream cheese layer.
  • Then pour saved 2tbsp chocolate batter and swril tooth pick to make a marble effect design.
  • Bake at pre heated oven 180℃ for 35mins.
  • Cool and Enjoy..!!
